SHIPPING 
Glam Artist Cosmetics uses various shipping companies. This includes United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, FEDEX to ship all orders. Please allow up to 3 days for order processing and up to an additional 5-7 days for your items to be delivered. If any issues regarding your delivery this includes any damages or delays, please contact the shipping company assigned to your package as they will assist you in resolving your dispute.


RETURNS
We take pride in our customer service and giving our customers the BEST experience. If you are not satisfied with our products we encourage you to ship item back to us for a full refund for each item returned. All packages come with a return label for you to repack the item(s) to drop off at your local USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. Once we have received your return, we will issue your refund immediately. Please allow up to 3-10 days for your refund to process into your bank account.
We destroy all returned items. Glam Artist Cosmetics does not resell items that have been returned to our facility.
